Science, mermaids and racists.

Disney is making a load of their movies again, in live action. We’ve seen the appearance of Beauty and the Beast, The Jungle Book, Pete’s Dragon, Dumbo, Aladdin, The Lion King and now we have The Little Mermaid.

For Disney fans, fairy tale fans and film fans in general, this is great news. For racists and awful people, this has been terrible news, mainly because the woman selected is black, which has clearly led to the end of civilisation and an impending apocolypse.
